I can't believe that it's been nearly a year since we had our last proper trip. It was over half term February 2020 and we had a wonderful roadtrip in the northern highlands of Scotland. I'm really happy to finally share memories of this trip with you, starting with a review of the frankly delightfully warm and stylish Lundies House.
I have been trying to up my photos game so would be interested in your feedback on those snaps in the post.
Next week, I'll share more about the Fife Arms and our itinerary along the North coast 500 road.
Sadly, we haven't seen any snow in London this past cold week. I find it so peaceful and dreamy and it would bring a bit of magic to what is otherwise a really repeating pattern of waking up, working, eating, reading. On the plus side, I've been courageous enough to get up and go running very early, even at -3°, and it certainly makes me feel alive!
What's your way to feel alive these days?

The island’s thermal hot springs, with healing properties, flow into three water therapy pools, while volcanic mud is used in spa treatments. From 440 Euros.
